Christmas Jumper Day 2025 is on Thursday, 11 December 2025, and is organised by Save the Children UK. It is a day when people wear festive jumpers to raise money for charity, and the official date is a suggestion, so participants can choose another day if needed. 

In 2024 an amazing £2.8 million was raised to help children change their futures for good.

How to participate

• Wear a Christmas jumper: Put on your favourite festive jumper, a Christmas outfit, or decorate an existing one.
• Donate: Raise money for charity by making a donation, which can be as low as £2 per person. You can collect cash or set up an online fundraising page.
• Spread the joy: Encourage your workplace, school, or friends to take part. 

Why it's important

• Help children: Money raised helps children in the UK and around the world through initiatives like supporting education for refugees, helping children who have been bullied, or providing summer experiences for kids in deprived areas.
• Get into the festive spirit: It is a fun way to kick off the Christmas season with festive cheer.
